** Basic Package

As we provide all of your essential supplies needed
     -Linens, bed pillows
     -Kitchen towels
     -Garbage bags

     (only exclusion is personal towels)

Cabins are fully equipped including log futon furniture
or sleeper sofas, fully equipment kitchen, microwave,

drip coffee maker, Charcoal BQ grills,

14 ft aluminum boat for weekly cabin, dock,
picnic tables, campfire rings & or deck.

Along with cinnamon rolls and Sunday newspaper

delivered to your cabin Sunday Morning.

A 3 night minimum stay on holiday weekends is required,

A 90 day cancellation notice (from arrival date) is required for deposit refund. If refund applies:

A $95 handling fee will be charged on refunded deposits.

You will be charged for what you reserved.
All rates are subject to change at anytime.

Check-in after 4:00 p.m. Check-out by 10:00 a.m.

Upon your request and availability,

early check-in (10:00) or late check-out(4:00)

is available for an additional charge of $45.00 each.
