These above rates include the following;
The site for your summer season
and storage for your RV and Boat for the months
we are closed. Along with that, the above rates will be charged whether you
have 1, 2, or all 3 hook-ups connected.
The weekend before Fishing opener to the last weekend of Sept., is when all
sites will be open, cleaned and water on.
Deposit for new seasonal sites -$
(non-refundable after 7 days) along with a security deposit to be held until your departure and if there
are no other remaining charges yet due, along with a one time $ fee for electric hook-up on your
site.
Deposit for repeat seasonal campers - $
due August 1st (non-refundable after 7 days), along with a security deposit $ to be held until
your departure and if there are no other remaining charges yet due.
Lease and /or updated lease agreements, and copy of your trailer insurance
per year to be on file with your lease agreement are due the same time as
your invitation to return for the following season and your deposits. Above
rates also include picnic tables*, firering, assigned dock space*, boat storage*,
mowed lawn, garbage, and recycling, and parking for one vehicle* along with
winter storage of your RV on site and one boat.

Payment Schedule:
February 1st - Balance due for Seasonal Site for Mid May - End of Sept
plus a deposit for
estimated electric usage.
August 1st -Your Invitation will be noted and you will then have
7 days to physically come to the Office to pay your
Deposit due at your invitation to
renew your Seasonal Site.
